STATEMENT

Il lavoro che presento ha un fine tattile, poi estetico.  Modello degli oggetti che si possono toccare, indossare. Non solo guardare, questo per farne esperienza, per goderne appieno. La creta è la materia esclusiva che uso dal 2018, l’esigenza di una lavorazione diretta dove il flusso emotivo fluisce immediato me l’ha fatta scegliere.

L’oggetto si costruisce e cresce da un ammasso informe di argilla. Viene colpita più volte. Seguo il cedere, il resistere del materiale.

 Il processo di formazione è quello naturale della compressione, emersione, erosione.

Not only just to see them but in order to gain a concrete experience and fully enjoyment.

Since 2018 I use clay most of all, chosen for the need of a direct processing where the emotional rush immediately flows. From a shapeless heap of clay, the item takes shape by itself. I hit the clay many times, following its nature, its power, its resistance, its surrender. 

The “formation process” is just the natural one:  compression, emersion, erosion.
